The level of unprofessional behavior that happens here is unacceptable. Her dad and I picked her up 50 mins ago you can see the last time she went to the washroom was at 3:08pm. We picked her up she is in shorts no underwear (not potty trained) pee soaked through her shorts and socks and shoes. When we asked what happened the supervisor and assistant supervisor had more concerns if she would be coming back tomorrow. When I asked the assistant why she needed to know if my daughter was coming tomorrow her answer was “because her last day is Friday” They told me not to worry that it won’t happen again. This isn’t the first time I have had concerns about this establishment. I have gone to the superintendent about incidents that have occurred especially the time where the app told me my daughter was picked up and she wasn’t. I found this out at work. I had to leave my job in order to find out my daughter was still there. When I finally brought up all the issues to the Superintendent within an hour, one of the staff was telling me over the phone that they are checking her diapers, which means that the superintended deliberately, told the staff immediately which parent/child had to concern when I brought it up to her. She said that she didn’t do that. The app that they have hadn’t been working for over nine months when I brought it up to them they fixed it, but still would not tell us when our child was picked up or diaper changes or other events throughout the day. They have meetings three times a year and every time they have a meeting, they would tell us that they are talking about the app and they know it’s not working when I finally went to head office about these claims. They fixed the app within a week. Imagine every day hearing the app doesn’t work and all of a sudden it works. There are definitely women that work there that definitely have a kind heart, and have helped my child. But there were days that I would cry when I would have to drop off my child, knowing in my heart that I could never fully trust them.

All of my daughters have attended this daycare. Sunita is organized and always goes above and beyond. The staff is kind and my daughters always enjoy their time there. Thank you for 6 great years and all the sweet art keepsakes.

What would we do without Learning Jungle Buttonwood. Sunita and her team are so wonderful and our kids have enjoyed going there. Under their care, they’ve learned to walk, talk, identify colours, letters and more. They feel like family and love our kids just as much as we love them. Forever grateful for them being a part of our kids upbringing. Would highly recommend them, and have sent many friends with their kids there. Thank you Learning Jungle Buttonwood

Our first daughter attended Learning Jungle Buttonwood and we have stayed with them ever since. We now have 2 other children who are currently enrolled and they love every day there. The staff are friendly, kind, and always take the best care of our kids.

My children commenced attending the Learning Jungle Buttonwood facility during the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially, it was challenging to not be able to enter the school, but this was swiftly rectified after a conversation with the supervisor, who permitted us to visit the children's classroom. Since then, my children have had an exceptional experience at the daycare. The facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly and professional, and my children genuinely enjoy their time there. I am delighted to have discovered this location, although it is unfortunate that they do not cater to older children.
