  I can not say anything about the learning environment because we were never 'lucky' enough to have been chosen. Learning must be great as the other friends suggest. But the registration process is extremely horrible. After waiting for months and us chasing them again and again, they give 5-6 hours to accept that offer and share all payment details. If you are at work or not able to answer them, they are cruel. They offer and take back the offer as if parents are nothing. I have interacted with a lot of daycares for my children and know the standard practices and policie. Unfortunately, I found them most unprofessional and stupid one.

  The reason for a 1-star rating is because of the red taping at the office. The only way to book a tour is by reaching out to a lady called Supriyaa Khanna at the office. But you will never get a response from her, not in a week, not even in a month. Regardless of all our follow-ups for a response, every few months, she sends a new email with a copy-pasted text asking for details of our child "if we are still interested" and with a subject line of "Final Reminder" as if we are the ones not responding to her! We rush to respond to her confirming our unwavering interest in registering our child at this facility and provide her all the details only for her to never respond to that. After going through this repeatedly for an year, we have stopped responding to her email now because we know its a dead end already with this person in charge. At least have the decency to tell us if there is no slot. Look at how other Day Cares are being run and try to learn from them. We have even got tours at facilities such as BrightPath even when there was no slot for our child there but they at least met us, gave a tour and eventually called us from the waiting list immediately when there was a slot open, all the while letting us know exactly where we stand. But Learning Jungle hasn't learnt such professionalism yet. Edit: To the management, please do not ask me to email you about this because I've already shared all my feedback here. Instead, speak with the lady Supriyaa Khanna to check how she is doing her job.

  The Learning Jungle is a hidden gem, we're so grateful to have found them. Ms Nav and Ms Mai just to name a few are incredible! All the teachers here are caring and kind. I never worry when my child is here because I know he's safe and well cared for. Thank you so much for being here for us during these crazy times we just don't know what we would've done without you. The facility is always so well organized and immaculately clean, I'm always in awe of how well behaved the children are I think you guys are magic. My son sometimes asks on weekend if he can go to school LOL I think that says it all. He loves you and so do we.

  Learning Jungle is an amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. My kid has been there for 2 yrs and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare and pre-school. All the teachers are awesome. I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring. Class teacher Ms. Mei and supervisor Ms. Nav really cares about children and works with parents. Ever since enrolling my kid I’ve seen many improvements. This place is great. Please keep on the great job that you do. I’ll recommend anyone in need of a preschool for their child 😊

  Our Son has been going to Learning Jungle Cooksville center for over 18 months now. We are really impressed with the services we have received. We really appreciate Ms. Kanika for the great support she has been to our kid over this period. She has been very patient & taken care of all our inputs and shared her feedback about our kid's growth during this tenure, always with a smile. Last but not the least, special thanks to Ms. Navpreet for running the center smoothly without any operational hiccups that we have ever encountered as a parent. Keep up the good work !
