  This place is amazing. I can not tell enough good things about the staff. You can trust your kids with them knowing they will be safe and taken care of. They were great when the tornado destroyed the facility. Took over 80 kids to safety within minutes and without a scratch. My 2 daughters go every day with a smile on their faces.

  I am writing this review to warn other parents of the traumatic and devastating experience my family and I had at this daycare. We registered our 12-month-old baby with high hopes for a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where he could thrive while we worked. However, within less than two weeks, we discovered we were deeply mistaken in believing in other reviews - although I'm happy to know that not all experiences are the same. On the second week, I witnessed the lead teacher mistreating my baby, leaving him crying and screaming, strapped to a highchair, and instructing the other teacher to leave him crying. The sight of my helpless and vulnerable baby being treated this way broke my heart and left me with feelings of rage and helplessness. The teacher's behaviour was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and inhumane. It is incomprehensible that someone entrusted with the care of young children could act in such a manner. To make matters worse, my baby lost 1kg in less than two weeks while attending this daycare. He also began displaying a profoundly fearful and angry attitude, which was entirely out of character for him. As a mother, seeing my child suffer this way was devastating, and I still cannot forgive myself for trusting this daycare with his well-being. In addition, the lead teacher's action put my return to work at risk and made our family question our decision to leave our country, family, and the comfort of our home to be in a place where we have to rely on unprofessional and heartless people. I cannot express enough how this experience has affected my family and the damage it has done to my baby. I waited several months to write this review to ensure that my emotions did not influence my judgment and to be fair in my assessment. However, after much reflection, I can say with complete confidence that I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. This teacher has left a lasting negative impact on my baby's life, and if I had known before what I know today, I would have definitely looked elsewhere for a daycare that values the well-being and safety of my children.

  My Grandson Colby has been there for a few years now. Fantastic staff, with excellent structure in their development and preparation for school. He absolutely loves it there.
