Used to be a fine place under old dentist (Dr. Paul Monzcka), with whom we were with for OVER 30 yrs, since HE was just starting his practice there. BUT under new ownership, it is TERRIBLE! Secretary can be VERY unpleasant. Had an issue where the secretary did not follow my wife's instructions for her dental service on how to do billing, as it was NOT to go through MY insurance. She argued that she was never informed, when in fact she acknowledged (more than once) the instructions, but simply did it her own way ANYWAY. I had to step in and she argued with me. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, after some back and forth, the owner decided to take his secretary's side, by saying, "he will take her word instead of ours", then proceeded to discharge my ENTIRE family from his practice (me, my wife, and my 3 adult kids). It is important to note that in over 30 years with Dr. Monzcka, I NEVER had ANY issues, and brought my entire family there, as I married, and eventually had kids. That also said, the dental hygienists there are WONDERFUL in all the years I have been there. But the owner has A LOT to learn about customer service. I would NEVER recommend this practice, mostly because of the owner and the secretary. P.S. DO NOT BELIEVE their reply. You have been warned. They made no meaningful effort to understand what happened, simply outright rejected any explanation, as she was NOT covered by my insurance at the time, and never apologized nor sought to rectify the issue. Their action says it all!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit very pleasant. Dr. Cowan was very thorough and attentive with the examination, explaining each step and result clearly so I understood everything. My hygienist, Esther, was also warm and gentle, and did an excellent job with my cleaning. Thank you to the whole team for such great care!
