Henna was amazing. I visited with an emergency - I broke my glasses a few days before heading for vacation. She worked with me patiently to find a new frame I loved and was able to cut my lenses in the spot. Simply amazing! Everyone else was telling me 10 days and they were able to help me on the spot. Truly amazing

My wife and I purchased new glasses last year for our daughter and what a great experience it was. The owner and staff are nothing but exceptional. Last week during my daughter’s soccer game her glasses frames got broke making an incredible save( she’s the goalie). We patched them up for the rest of the game and the team went on to win. We decided to stop in at Lens Pro to order new frames only to find out they were discontinued. After a few calls the team was able to secure the exact pair for our daughter! This Lens Pro location has always exceeded our expectations. Thanks to owner and Hanna for always taking good care of us! Keep up the amazing customer service!

I had such a positive experience at LensPro Eye Care in Winona from the moment I entered until I left. People are so kind there and very helpful. I highly recommend them. LensPro also has a nice selection of frames as well, if you are in need of a new pair of glasses.

I had lost my prescription glasses and needed a quick and reasonably priced replacement pair. I called around to a bunch of places who told me I’d have to wait 2-3 weeks to get a new pair. When I called Lenspro, they checked and had my prescription lens on hand and were willing to get me new glasses by the next day. I ran over and tried some frames on, the lady (didn’t get her name) was so amazing, she helped me pick out a nice pair and sorted everything out for me. I had my new glasses by the next day and I love them!

I’m writing this review with a lot of disappointment, not anger. I really wanted to have a good experience here, which I thought I was getting every time I left, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case, and I have been patient giving chance after chance. I have been a long time customer here thinking every deal was fair and I was being looked after. So disappointed to say this is not the case and no "customer" or "long time customer" (where my entire family goes here, bringing her business) should ever be treated this way. About a year ago, I purchased a pair of Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) glasses for over $700. Shortly after, I started having issues with the lens popping out, which I was told was a manufacturing issue. When I brought them in, the optician applied nail glue to the frame and sent me on my way, explaining that we would “try this,” and if the issue happened again, a new pair would be ordered from the manufacturer. The lens popped out again. The glasses were then sent to the lab twice. The result after those repairs is what my glasses currently look like (photos attached). At this point, the frames are visibly damaged and clearly not in the condition you would expect for glasses at this price point, or after being "fixed". I reached out to the store manager, explained everything in detail, and reminded her of the original promise that a replacement would be ordered if the issue continued. I was told she was not willing to pay anything, and the manufacturer would not cover the costs because it is no longer a manufacturing issue because of the damage done by her lab (which no accountability was taken for) and that there was nothing she could do. When I responded saying this was unacceptable and asked for help—especially given that these glasses are only a year old—I was left on read. What makes this especially frustrating is that this is my second purchase here. My first pair, Burberry, also had “manufacturing issues” and had to be replaced twice. Each time, I felt reassured, only to run into problems again later. My brothers YSL also had "manufacturing issues" and needed to be replaced. I also consistently felt upsold on products, even when I thought I was getting a fair deal. I’m honestly gutted. I didn’t expect perfection, but I did expect accountability, follow-through, and basic care, especially when spending this kind of money. I’m sharing this to warn others to be cautious and to ask questions about warranties, repair methods, and replacement policies before purchasing. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no customer should feel ignored or dismissed in a situation like this.
