  I would like to share my experience to whom it may concern. First of all the attitude was so poor. Secondly before I got my treatment I gave my insurance member card to the receptionist to make sure I am insured %100 by insurance company. They got all my informations then I was called for treatment. After my treatment (root canal) I was asked to pay. I got surprised . I said my insurance will cover it for %100. They said yes it’s covered by insurance but our prices is different. I asked so how come I am not informed before the treatment? Why you didn’t get approval from insurance company before the treatment? I was told is not our job!!! I asked whose job is it? The reception said it is your responsibility. Again I asked how should I know about your price? She said I don’t know!!!!!!!! I said I think you should inform me before. Again not our job. Any way I paid the difference. I called to CDCP insurance company regarding this matter and they said it is their responsibility to get the approval before any treatments and also is their responsibility to inform me of the cost. This was very unprofessional of treating patients,nonsense answers and attitudes. I am going to follow up this matter with ROYAL COLLEAGUE OF DENTAL SERGEANTS OF ONT. To ensure that does not happen again to anyone else
