We had such a great experience at Levelup VR. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, patient, and genuinely helpful. We were new to virtual reality and weren’t totally sure how everything worked, but they took the time to walk us through it without ever making us feel rushed or awkward. They checked in often, explained things clearly, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. You could tell they actually care about the experience people are having, not just getting you in and out. We all had a blast and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend if you’re new to VR or just want a fun, well-run experience.

1st visit: Joshua is great, and the whole team is very friendly and patient. 2nd visit: Today, I went back for the second time for 2 hours and though it was a lot of fun, we also had a lot of issues that we didn't have the first time. My brother had to switch out his room/hardware multiple times. Even though my first visit was with 4 people and this time just 2, we spent much of it troubleshooting and trying to get back into the zone. Staff were still helpful, but the experience wasn't as smooth tonight. 3rd visit: We had a group of 3, and again, my brother had major issues before he could play. The staff were as helpful as they could be and we didn't lose any time. They also mentioned being understaffed for a Saturday, so something for mgmt to consider. It did take about 20-30 mins to troubleshoot and get him into the game though. I've been lucky, but I'm seeing a bit of a trend now. Still would go back, but I wouldn't make any plans directly after as the issues seem to have us there for longer than originally planned the last 2 visits.

We had an incredible experience! Lots of game options and fun! Check in was smooth and the rooms were cool. Can’t wait to visit again! Would love to go with a group of friends.

I went there for a birthday party and it was so mucn fun! I've tried a VR studio where each group stands in the same room, but this one puts you each in an individual pod, which I liked better (you can move around and not worry about hitting your neighbours). The game selection was really good and I enjoyed a dancing/rhythm game a lot. I like that it's not just shooting games. The place was bright white and clean, and the staff was extremely attentive. I would definitely go back!

We had a great time at the VR Arcade! The game selection was extensive and we had a lot of fun. The workers also helped explain games and were helpful when we got confused. It made the most of the time we had! The only reason I gave this a 4 stars was we had some difficulty getting in the building because there is a code and it was not working. It took us a few times to reach someone from the phone number and was a bit tricky since we are American and our phone service does not always work in CA. It ended up being fine though!
