We have had the privilege to send our son to Lily Pads Childcare. Ritu is nurturing and provides a fun environment for the children she cares for. Our son told us “I sad at other daycare, but happy at Ritu daycare.” As parents, this statement has given us so much comfort and happiness that we have placed our child somewhere he feels safe and loved. Great work Ritu!!

We had the pleasure of having Ritu care for our boys prior to her opening Lily Pads Childcare. While we are extremely proud and happy for her, we were also sad to see her leave. Ritu has a big heart. It never seemed like a job to her as she always has a smile on her face and you can see the love that she has for the kids. I would not hesitate to recommend Ritu to prospective parents.

I CANNOT say enough POSITIVE things about Ritu (daycare owner) and her staff. Ritu was just opening when we had our eldest then aged 3 start attending. And we hit the jackpot! Ritu and Ms. Mani are so warm, patient, tolerant, flexible, understanding, fun, generous and naturally positive. We have felt very comfortable leaving our children in Ritu’s childcare facility, knowing they are safe and secure there. Ritu assured us by sending daily pics of the kids engaging play and activities helping to build our trust in her. The facility itself is super clean, developmentally appropriate and offers a fenced green space in the backyard. Our eldest is now 5 and has been there 2 years. Over the course of his time there, he has grown so much readying him for kindergarten in the Fall. This all thanks to Ritu and Ms Mani caring so much for our son. It genuinely takes a community to raise children and Ritu and Ms. Mani have been a significant part of our community 🩵 We will greatly miss Ritu and Ms. Mani’s care and are so grateful for their ongoing care of our youngest son, now age 2. Thank you 🙏 Thank you 🙏 to both. Any parent would be so fortunate to find space with Lillypads Daycare!!

My son had a great experience at Lilypads daycare. He has been to other daycares before but Lilypad was the best. He talks about Ms Ritu as his friend. She is very caring. Lilypads provides the right environment for little kids where they get the right amount of care and they also learn to be confident amd independent. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe, caring and fun environment for their child.
