Very unprofessional.

Was told by Cora that she had a spot for my son part time. Even wanted me to send my baby there. She was supposed to get me more info, then ghosted me. When I reached out again she stated that another family decided to stay. I explained that it would’ve been nice to know if she was waiting to hear back from a family, instead of telling me that she could transport my son to and from school. Communication is huge, and after I politely told her that all she needed to do was explain this to me she blocked me and my husband. Would not recommend and thankfully we already had a daycare lined up for our baby and have another option for my other son.

We have been with little bear dayhomes for nearly two years and have had a great experience so far. Our dayhome provider has a welcoming environment, provides healthy foods and I especially love that they spend outside time almost daily. The agency itself has been easy to work with and they are good at communicating any updates as they come. Would highly recommend!
