I initially had a positive experience with this store that turned negative. I ordered an open box bassinet for the Valvo Trend Duo stroller (marked final sale) for use on an upcoming trip one week out. A representative reached out to me to note that I might require adapters for the bassinet. This was helpful, but delayed delivery. Therefore, I emphasized to the rep that it was essential that I receive my delivery before my travel date and volunteered to pay any expedited shipping fees if there was any concern that the package would not arrive in time. The rep assured me it would ship that day and arrive the following day, I.e. no concerns. Instead, I learned that the package only shipped 2 full days later, and arrived after my travel date, rendering the packages totally useless to me. They arrived while I was gone and will never be used. I asked the store to send me a return label, but they refused to accept a return of the bassinet on the basis that it was open box and final sale. They refused to make an exception given that the shipping was delayed by them after I made known my travel restrictions. This was their mistake, and they should have made it right. Incredibly disappointing customer service. I won’t be ordering from Little Canadian again.

Little stuffy arrived on time, as promised. Stuffy wombats are so hard to find! And Little Canadian's price was better than most other retailers. So pleased with my purchase! Highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience at Little Canadian Baby thanks to Catherine. I came in a little overwhelmed, shopping for a stroller and car seat for my best friend who’s expecting. Since my best friend couldn’t come with me, Catherine took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions 🥹❤️🔥 She was so knowledgeable, approachable, and even shared little tips and fun facts that made choosing so much easier. The woman with black hair at the store was amazing. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She made sure I understood the products and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, kind, and took her time answering my questions without rushing me. She really made the whole shopping experience easy and stress-free. Overall, she did a great job and stood out as an excellent employee. Because of her help, my visit was enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again. Great service all around.

I previously ordered two Jellycat teddy bears from Little Canadian online, and I had a great experience. The shipping was very fast, the customer service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Free shipping at just $49 is such a great deal. I will definitely choose them again for future Jellycat purchases!
