  To Fatima, Dibora and the staffs, thank you for caring for my little one. Once you enter this facility, you will see and feel the difference right away. The warmth, the love, the passion and the care for each child is remarkable. My little one has progressed a lot since he was enrolled and looks forward to being here every day with a big smile. He tells me how much he loves it here and he is happy. To any parent(s) who is wondering if you should try this facility, please don't wonder, just go for it. You will not regret it. I highly recommend this facility.

  The staff here are completely and utterly disrespectful. As a parent, I was belittled and talked down too multiple times by the staff. My child was injured and they refused to write a physical injury report as we needed to take her to the hospital. They proceeded to argue with me And give me attitude and say I was overreacting because I was upset that they would not give me an injury report. They made my daughter sit in pain for three hours because they refuse to call me to pick her up to take her to the hospital. The staff would outwardly talk poorly about me to other staff, and the director would relay what the other staff we’re saying about me to me. Their floor manager is a horrible human being. I have three kids with adhd and I asked the floor manager for advice on how to deal with some of their difficult behaviours at And she told me if I’m not capable of parenting, my children that she would take my children and raise them herself since I can’t raise them. I have never experienced more disrespected from a group of women in a daycare centre before. The director used to send home the leftovers for my children And the floor manager told the director to stop giving me the meals because I didn’t want them, Which never once did I say that to her or any other staff. Causing my children and I to struggle to have food After I lost my home due to a flood. This daycare is horrible and I do not recommend it to anyone. The director’s response to my review is a perfect example of the gaslighting we experience at this daycare. They refuse to give me a physical copy of the injury report Submitted it online on an app. I told him numerous times that I needed to sign the form stating that I received that injury report so I can bring it to the hospital. It is required by licensing that We sign an injury report so the parent is aware of the injury. Posting it on an app and then giving us attitude because we didn’t see the app. Then proceed to give us attitude in person while picking my daughter up, who is crying in pain. The staff forced my daughter to sit for two almost 3 1/2 hours in pain because they refused to call. We spent six hours at a hospital to find out she had a chunk taken out of her eye by one of the staff’s children. Note, I also had to fight with The child’s mother Who is the staff, Because her child hurt my child. This is completely and utterly unacceptable and I will be reporting it to licensing after read this review.

  We are so happy with Little Caterpillars so far! The staff have been absolutely amazing so kind, patient, and attentive with our boys. They’ve really taken the time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable. The transition process has been good, and we can tell how much care and effort goes into everything they do.   Our son’s school EA teacher, Ms. Nihal, kindly recommended Little Caterpillars Academy to us. She also works there as an ECE, which gives us extra peace of mind when sending our son. On certain days, we bring our child for after-school care as well as on PD days. Ms. Nihal is a warm, caring, and cheerful educator who approaches her work with genuine dedication. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ms. Fatima, who is extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We truly appreciate the supportive and nurturing environment and would wholeheartedly recommend this academy to other families.
