I even do not prefer 1 star, unprofessional staff

Amazing pre school/ child care the staff is very caring & loving they have taught my daughter a lot, she was more than ready for kindergarten.

I would like to give 0 star . Very unprofessional staff . When I registered my daughter they didn’t have any problem. My daughter is little bit behind according to her age group . She needs extra help but she is learning slowly slowly everything. When she used to go preschool , they said teach her that or this . I always said ok and I am trying too . After few days when my husband informed them that we are moving in Surrey they started to make complaints about my daughter that she don’t know how to put the shoes and jacket on . She doesn’t know how to colour the picture. She needs observation and extra help . Staff said that she will ask principal . I said ok but suddenly after few days staff said they are going to dis- continue my daughter. They did not show any proof or results that my daughter is not doing any thing with extra help and even they did not put my daughter under observation too . Without any reason they dis - continue my daughter. BEWARE parents if your kid needs extra help never send your kid this school. You are wasting your money and time . And they will give you extra stress by saying that your kid has problem. I think there main purpose is money . They want full time student . May be their is someone in waiting list and they don’t want to loose him or her so they dis- continue my child.

Excellent Preschool/Daycare, the staff is very loving and caring, they have taught my daughter a lot, she was more than ready for Kindergarten. Mrs. Kirn and Mrs. Harman are very professional and very well organized with the kids activities.
