I am happy with the service of Little Treasures Downtown. They were accommodating and welcoming during our tour and during the first weeks of our daughter in day care. They are friendly but are also respectfully frank about the prospects and guidance of a kid.

Tara is the worst ever manager, I have ever seen working in daycare. She just care about money and not the well being of kids. Others teachers some are nice, some not. It looks they are so afraid to lose their job that they agreed about everything that Tara wants. Be aware about that before sending your little lovely one there.

My son has been going to this daycare for over a year and he always has a great time. The teachers are very caring and loving. I like that they send pictures throughout the day. He comes home with lots of art projects and sings us all the new songs he has learned at daycare. We have been potty training and it has not gone as smoothly as I thought it would but they have been most helpful continuing to encourage him and never demanded that we go back to diapers even with lots of accidents. I've recommended this place to our friends!

Little Treasures is fantastic, clean, with a great staff. Even the educators who don't directly care for him know his name, showing how attentive they are. My son is learning every day. I also want to mention that Mrs. Sierra is incredibly attentive and communicates well with parents. I highly recommend this daycare. Their dedication and care make a real difference in our children's lives. I recommend this day care. #LittleTreasuresEducators.

Unfortunately, our experience with this daycare was extremely disappointing. They seem to care more about money than the well-being of the children. As new immigrants to Canada, we didn’t know much about how daycares operate here, and we trusted them with our daughter. Sadly, she suffered severe neglect, frequent injuries, and even deep wounds, which I still have photos of to this day. This experience has deeply affected my daughter, causing fear, speech regression, and lasting trauma. I strongly urge parents to carefully investigate before choosing this daycare to protect their children from similar harm.
