I love this locally owned store! It’s basically the only store I buy my children’s clothes from. They have high quality clothing with reasonable prices and I feel good about the fact it’s good for the environment. I can never tell the clothes are used as they are always excellent quality. Terrible. Brought some in demand items here to sell. Was given an astronomically low listing price which I declined. I have multiple emails stating that I decline the sale process and would be picking up my items instead( this was June) Many many ignored emails later. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I receive an email that my “items were finally processed( not sure what that meant) and all sold. I asked the owner to please call me as I was upset my items were Sold for Pennie’s. They DO NOT HAVE A PHONE ?? So I’m unable to follow up with them. Most emails simply ignored by them. Hard to understand how a company like this stays in business. Avoiding issues seems to be the playbook of this owner. Stay away sellers
