They have treated my daughter (10 months when she began) with so much love and tenderness. They are excellent with communicating when there is an issue and always keep me updated on her progress and how her day went.   My son has attended Little Willows since he was 1, both the infant and toddler classes have been great! Desi, Raman and Sabrina are all rockstars who ensure the kids are healthy and happy.

  Today is my sons last day at Little Willows (dewdney church) and to say im sad is an understatement. The last year has been amazing for my sons growth! Thank you to all the teachers but essentially SABRINA and ASHMAN and IQDEEP for the love you've shown! Thank you for including my son in every way (even when he wasnt the easiest) Xo

  I had considered giving two stars as our youngest is aging out, and our oldest had a good experience, but after hearing that 3 children climbed over the fence today and the police had to be called to search for them, I refuse to give Little Willows a good review. Our youngest started preschool on the church side in 2020. We had nothing but good things to say about the teachers (except one) and the facility. We were lucky enough to get our second into infant and then toddler care. During the same time Little Willows was sold to a company in Toronto. They promptly began firing the tenured staff and hiring (what I presume are temporary foreign workers) as none of the staff speak English as a first language. The childcare workers quickly started coming and going, and one would leave and be replaced by another non-english speaker about every month. In the last few years we saw a significant decrease in communication, field trips (they haven't had any in the last 8 months), events, activities, and in general a complete lack of care or compassion for kids. Kids and Company (the new owners with a head office elsewhere) seem to be a money hungry company, exemplified by firing the caring staff (who had a combined 20 years experience with Little Willows) and replacing them with cheaper workers - who just don't care. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Recently we've had issues with kids showing their private parts, climbing fences (while being watched by parents and no intervention), lack of empathy by the workers who just seem to speak louder than the kids rather than connect with them. It's sad to say that I know only half of the workers names because I either can't pronounce them or because they are new hires. Typically, staff don't stay long enough for me to learn their names. Find a different daycare.
