I recently rented out Locus to do my girlfriend’s 25th birthday along with a surprise proposal and am very pleased with the venue and how the whole night went. From day 1, Ryan was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure to cater to all my requests. In a time that I was very stressed with all the planning and organization, Ryan relieved a lot of it and I can’t be more pleased with the results. With two events in one, I had a few concerns a bit space and fitting the decor with the people but everything went smooth and everyone that came was comfortable and told me great things about the venue. It’s amazing when hall owners take the extra time to show care and help make the event a success and Locus is where you should go if you are looking for that kind of service! I will definitely be back to book the space for more future events!

The Locus Venue experience was amazing. Ryan was a great host. The space is phenomenal; the 2 seperate bathrooms along with the mezzanine was perfect for my party. We comfortably held 60 people, and there was room for many more. If I throw an event again, I will definitely choose Locus. Thank you !!

Ryan always brings my dream to life and is very professional. The space is very upscale and clean, and the service is amazing. He always accommodates for my needs and works well with clients to make sure their event runs smooth. Definitely will recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event. Love setting up my equipment and decor pieces in this space, the lighting is fantastic when it comes to capturing your picture perfect moment. Not to mention the creative design of the place. 10/10!

I booked the event space for my boyfriend’s surprise party this weekend and it was above and beyond my expectations. Not only is the event space just the perfect venue for any type of party but Ryan was the sweetest and most accommodating person to work with! He made sure we had everything we needed leading up to the event, constantly checked in, and was always very very quick to respond. The event went successfully and I couldn’t thank Ryan, his team, and this venue enough for making it a very special night! Highly highly recommend!!

I had an incredible experience hosting my event at Locus Venue in Scarborough and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The space is clean, modern, and incredibly well laid out. It’s the perfect size and comfortably accommodated 75 guests without ever feeling crowded. I personally seated 50 guests using only 5 round tables, which shows just how efficient and thoughtfully designed the space is. One of my favorite parts was how flexible the layout is. I set up the food and DJ (Dj Skyscream) upstairs, so I had plenty of room downstairs for a Photo Booth, open bar, check-in desk, and even a small closet area for coats. Everything flowed seamlessly and felt organized, spacious, and easy for guests to move around. A huge shoutout to Ryan, who is genuinely one of the sweetest and most accommodating people to work with. He made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free, and was always available to help and answer questions. His support truly made a difference. The convenience, layout, and overall functionality of the venue made it an absolute win, and my guests couldn’t stop complimenting the space. I was so impressed that I already have future events planned here. If you’re looking for a welcoming, versatile, and perfectly sized event space in Scarborough, I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!
