A few weeks ago my family and I bought our bearded dragon from here. We dealt with Natasha. She is super nice and helpful. She helped us pick out everything we needed for our new little dragon. She's very knowledgeable and provided us with very useful information. Once a week we go in to buy bugs for our beardie and so far we are lucky that she is the one working. She remembers us and knows exactly what we need!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very welcoming. They answered all our questions and helped us purchase our latest Bearded Dragon. Thank you again, Phoenix is doing great in her new home. We'll be back again soon for crickets and worms.

Being new to reptile pet ownership, we had a ton of questions but thankfully found Lost World and their staff Natasha was amazing at explaining everything and making the process simple. My son is really enjoying his new snake and we highly recommend a visit to Lost World. Definitely ask for Natasha! Thank you.

Employee was very nice and informative but I was not satisfied with the products. Fruit fly culture was $30 which is on the pricier end and already crashed after less than 2 weeks. Normally I tap the container on its side to get FF into my dusting container. But the food base was so liquidy it immediately started pouring out (I’ve never experienced this). Also throughout the entire time I’ve had them I haven’t seen a single cocoon thing so I don’t think any new FF were being produced. There’s a couple left in there but absolutely infested with mites.

Prices and selection were really great. While I didn't get her name, the staff member working today was very helpful in giving me tips on my enclosure and was very friendly. Had lots of enclosures, equipment, substrates, and even feeder insects not found at your typical pet store. Great place to shop if you have a reptile/aquarium!
