  I had a really great experience at Lu dental clinic! The clinic is bright, clean, and very welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was that there’s barely any wait time, once I walked in, I was taken in almost right away. There are two admin staff at the front desk, Sophia and Shaelyn, and they’re both amazing! They make sure every patient is well taken care of. I especially want to thank Sophia, we had quite a few questions about our insurance and she patiently explained everything in detail. The first time I came for a cleaning, I was originally scheduled to see the Dr. Lu right after. But Sophia noticed that my insurance wouldn't cover both services on the same day. She informed me right away and helped me reschedule Dr. Lu's appointment for another day. I really appreciated her honesty and attentiveness. My hygienist, Ada, was also wonderful. She knew I had TMJ issues and was very gentle and thoughtful throughout the cleaning. She kept checking in with me to see if I was okay or if I needed a break. I know the appointment took a bit longer than expected, and I’m truly grateful for her understanding. It also meant a lot that she was willing to speak to me in Cantonese, which made me feel even more comfortable. Dentist, Dr. Lu, I initially came to see her because of my TMJ problem. She thoroughly assessed my condition and suggested a few options to help ease the pain, including getting a night guard and possibly some dental work. What I really appreciated was that she never pressured me to do anything right away. She encouraged me to try other conservative approaches first, and only come back if things didn’t improve. That kind of honest and non-pushy attitude is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Lu Dental, the staff are professional, kind, and truly care about their patients!

  Great experience with Dr. Alex. I had two impacted wisdom teeth extracted, the price was fair, and the process was quick and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke Mandarin, which I really appreciated！

From the front desk to the treatment room, all the staff were professional and friendly, and the whole visit was very comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Lu was extremely patient and took the time to clearly explain my dental condition and treatment options, which made me feel very reassured and well cared for. My dental hygienist, Shirley, was incredibly gentle and thoughtful throughout the cleaning process. The entire teeth cleaning was smooth and comfortable, with no discomfort at all. It was honestly one of the most pleasant dental visits I’ve had. Highly recommend this clinic and Shirley if you are looking for professional and caring dental service!
