I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the entire team. I had 13 fillings done, but I didn’t even feel a pinch of pain. Dr. Patel is truly excellent at her job, her gentle approach and calming voice made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She is a very skilled and caring doctor. The front desk staff and receptionists are also very helpful and friendly, which made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate dental care.

I had a cleaning done here a couple of months back. When I came in I was welcomed with an undeniable smell of sweat. Not something you’d expect from, what supposed to be, a sterile environment. The cleaning was okay. But when I was done they asked me if I wanted to book the next cleaning session in 6 months. I said I’d rather book it myself as I do not like to book it so far in advance. Plus the smell of sweat made me doubt already if I’d come back. The receptionist said okay but still booked it for the end of September ( I received the notification right away). We all make mistakes so I just asked to cancel right away. This was back in March or something like that. And now a week or so ago I’m getting a notification that I have a cleaning appointment! Appointment I didn’t book and specifically asked to cancel in front of me! So now yet again I asked to cancel because at this point I’m not going back to that place. They confirmed via text messages that they will cancel it. And guess what reminder I’m getting today??? The reminder that I still have a cleaning appointment!!! I’m usually not the person to leave reviews but the level of unprofessionalism here is shocking.

I scheduled a routine cleaning and was contacted by the office three separate times to reschedule, including one call just 45 minutes before my original appointment time. Upon arrival, one of the receptionists was visibly ill…coughing, sneezing, and repeatedly blowing their nose, which was concerning in a healthcare setting. The hygienist who performed my cleaning was extremely rough; there was visible blood left on the tray alongside the instruments afterward. Additionally, the dentist was cold and very pushy about recommending additional services. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. I will not be returning to Mabelle Dental and would not recommend them to members of the community.

Nobody likes going to dentist but sometimes you have too. Went in there with a chipped molar that was removed quickly and without pain. Staff very friendly and helpful highly recommend them
