Amazing staff!! *Edit* (Adding more, as I left this review while in store) My son and I had a great experience here. We were looking at the cards under the glass and I mentioned that they were all a little out of his price range, but the staff helped show us the large binders they had with more affordable cards. They were really nice helping him with the binders and were very patient as he looked at literally every card, lol. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve noticed many of the 5-star reviews here are likely due to the 5% in-store discount offered for leaving feedback, which feels very misleading to new customers. My experience was quite poor; the staff was dismissive, and I was ignored several times. When I finally spoke to a staff member, she was quite unprofessional and told me to 'hang on' quite abruptly while prioritizing a different customer. Additionally, the prices here are significantly above the current TCG market value—essentially scalper prices. Definitely do your research on card values before buying here, as there are many more affordable and welcoming TCG shops in Richmond.

Update in response to the owner: Please update the package details if the card sleeves were designed to be a perfect fit as it is extremely deceiving to list inaccurate dimensions. I bought it specifically because I was looking for traditional sleeves, not perfect fit sleeve. Also, although it is not a lot of money, these sleeves are $3.99 for a pack of 100, whereas Ultra-Pro brand sells for $2/100pack in other stores. I would not trust most of the store's 5 star reviews as the store gives you a 5% discount in exchange for a 5 star google review. Initial review: False advertising, inaccurate dimensions listed on the product. Damages cards instead of protecting them! I purchased this sleeve protector based on the fact that the measurements were the same as the ultra-pro brand, 2 5/8'' by 3 5/8''. However, it is 1/8'' smaller in both directions! The pokemon card was extremely snug and was actually a struggle to insert and remove. Would not recommend this product, especially for cards worth any value as these sleeves would damage the cards instead of protecting them!
