This daycare has been absolutely amazing! We moved from the UK & our 2 year old son settled in immediately. His 2 hour settling in session turned into a full day because he was enjoying it so much! All the kids seem so happy & engaged. The staff are always friendly & welcoming - the kids all seem to adore them. Couldn’t be happier with this daycare :)

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this daycare. I went in for a tour on a Friday after being told there was an opening for September, and potentially one for June as well. We were very interested and took the weekend to think things over. I emailed back first thing Tuesday with some follow-up questions, including dietary restrictions, a very important topic for our family. After a couple of emails, communication just stopped completely. All of this happened during regular business hours, so I expected a timely and professional response. I followed up again, only to be told that both spots had now been filled. It’s upsetting to feel misled, especially when we were serious about registering. If communication had been clearer or more consistent, at least one of those spots could have been ours. Parents deserve transparency and reliability when it comes to choosing care for their children. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

My two youngest sons attend this daycare. One has been going for almost 6 months now and one started in September. They both LOVE going to daycare here ! My sons talk about their teachers everyday with so much love and compassion. Everyday they are super excited to attend and are always greeted so lovely by all the staff. I have conversations with each member weekly and it’s all so natural. I have had terrible experiences with some daycares in other city’s previously and had kinda given up but MapleTree has restored my faith tremendously! Thank you all for being the best caregivers to my boys ! I truly appreciate it!

As a first-time parent, I was so skeptical about sending my child to a daycare, but the teachers here were so welcoming and made the transition very smooth. Great staff and admin team. The Facility is well-maintained and clean. They take great care of kids. Glad I found them.

I was very hesitant about taking my 18 month old to daycare until I met the staff at Maple Tree. They are all so kind and caring. My child loves her teachers. They always go above and beyond staying in contact with me to inform me about how she is doing and her day to day activities. The school is great, the teachers, the staff and the supervisor is very nice and helpful always. Definitely recommend them!
