I don’t have children so I can’t speak of direct experience, but I lived in the same block as Maria and the daycare for years and as a neighbour I just anted to say how thoroughly impressed I have always been. I often see Maria out with the kids on their way to the park, museum, etc., or just playing in the backyard. The kids are always well supervised and happy! She lets them play and be children but also respects those who live around her. Some of my neighbours have sent their children here for daycare and they all have been extremely happy! Thank you Maria for being a great addition to the neighbourhood!

Both my kids went to Maria’s home daycare - my son from 2014-2016 and my daughter from 2016-2019. During that 5 year period, we looked at Maria as an extended member of our family. The kids were very happy there. They regularly did lots of activities, both inside and outside Maria’s home, including attending playgroups and going to museums. Maria would do lots of educational activities as well. Both kids could easily recite the alphabet, count in different languages, and knew lots of poems and songs. They were well placed to start kindergarten by the time they left, which their teachers confirmed when they started school. I would not hesitate to recommend this daycare to others.

I am writing this review to let parents that are looking for the right nursery to put their kid into that you are the best in Down Ottawa.🙏🏽❤️ My 3 year old son spent two full years at Mimi’s nursery and we were always happy to see him in good health and improving in every aspect. He is always happy when it’s time to go see Mimi, and spends great times with her the other kids, because of the way she treats him through the day. Thank you Mimi

Don't hesitate to send your child to Maria's home daycare. She provides a structured environment, she's very calm and patient, reliable, the children love her. Maria cooks all meals and offers a lot of variety. Maria takes the children out to parks, museum, play centres, and will generously share pictures of the days' activities. Worth every cent.
