I had a dental hygiene appointment with Karen a few weeks ago and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. She was incredibly professional and really gentle throughout the cleaning making sure I was comfortable. She also gave me helpful tips to improve my oral health at home which motivated me to start flossing more regularly. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone looking for someone gentle and professional!

Very unprofessional clinic. They charged me $60 even though I have 100% government insurance, which should fully cover the visit.On top of that, they ask me to pay extra money at every visit, despite my insurance covering everything. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I do not recommend this place, especially when there are many better clinics in Mississauga that actually respect patients.

I’ve been going here for years and have major dental anxiety, but they always make me feel comfortable. The entire team is kind, patient, and reassuring. Front desk ladies are so welcoming and friendly, from the moment I walk in every time. Hygienists are gentle but extremely thorough. Highly recommend, especially if you’re nervous about the dentist.
