  I had such a great experience at Melt and Dip, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rahaf! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can really tell she cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Rahaf helped me choose the perfect crepe, and it was amazing — perfectly made, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Her positive attitude and warm smile made the whole visit even better. It’s rare to find someone who combines great service with genuine kindness, but Rahaf does exactly that.

  Fresh and flavourful gelato. Creative flavours such as Damascus ice cream and Dubai chocolate ice cream. Made to order and excellent to go packaging. Must try when in the area. Something was made extra by mistake and the manager decided to gift it! Thanks Aliya for your generosity on New Year’s Day!

  So good flavor of their ice cream!!! I got the vanilla flavor, it was literally amazing. And the most important is Anjali she provided top-notch service, extremely welcoming and friendly she was such a sweetheart. I wanna get something to drink so i listened her advice got the Pink Tea.
