Great service by the MiExperience team. I attended the trial class for Thermomix and eventually bought one. The location is convenient. The space is just right for 8-15 people, say for a cooking class. They also sell other kitchenware. I’d highly recommend anyone to check out Thermomix. It comes with the price tag but it gives me so much flexibility and mental bandwidth (in terms of meal planning).

The fifth class i attended with the masterchef was amazing! Today we learnt Pan-seared Branzino with tomato and Capers & Milanese Risotto. I always gain something taking the chef’s classes. I always order these two dishes when I go to western restaurants, and I realized when learning them step by step today that I also have the ability to make it. Pan seared fish and risotto are all very intricate dishes, the heat, knife work, seasoning, and the broth all needs to be perfect. The chef taught us real techniques in just three hours that we can apply to our own cooking journeys. The entire class was also filled with laughter and the clapping wouldn’t stop. Currently planning to take more classes with the chef in the future!
