  I do not recommend this place. The environment is not safe for toddlers. Even while I was closely watching my 20-month-old, a ball suddenly hit his face because older preschoolers were playing in the same area and shooting balls toward where younger kids were playing. The toys also didn’t feel safe. My son had two small accidents within a short time and ended up crying both times. Parking is another issue. There are very few spots available, and if you visit between 4–6 pm, you’ll likely have to pay for indoor parking since there is no street parking allowed during that time.

  Update after business response: Our booking confirmation clearly stated “2 hours of exclusive access from 1:00–3:00 pm.” At no point were we informed in advance that active play would end at 2:30 pm. Any internal schedule was never communicated in a way that made it clear playtime would be reduced. We did not request extra time beyond what we paid for. The main concern remains the unprofessional way this was handled, including raised voices in front of children and guests. I’m sharing this for transparency for other parents. Original review: We booked and fully paid for a 1:00–3:00 pm birthday party for our son’s 3rd birthday and followed the standard booking process. Everything was confirmed in advance, and no concerns were raised prior to the event. Unfortunately, near the end of the party, we were suddenly told our time actually ended at 2:30 pm. This was never clearly communicated to us beforehand. When some guests arrived later and the children wanted to play during what we believed was our remaining time, we were refused. We asked staff for clarification and were told they needed approval, but no one followed up in time. Shortly after, we were told it was “too late” and asked to leave early. What was most disappointing was the way this was handled. Both staff and management raised their voices in front of children and guests, blamed us, and spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner. We were also treated rudely while packing up, despite assistance being part of our package. This created unnecessary stress at the end of what should have been a happy celebration. We were respectful, fully paid customers and did not deserve to be treated this way. Better communication and more respectful customer service would go a long way in improving the experience for families.

  We just had our son’s 4th birthday here and it was a great success! The two people helping to host were so organized and made everything run smoothly. Everyone had a blast! Thank you Midtown tiny tots you guys were excellent!

  We recently celebrated our son and niece’s birthdays at this indoor playground, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. The play area was clean, safe, and filled with a variety of activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. It was the perfect venue for a memorable birthday celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, stress-free party venue!

  Midtown Tiny Tots is a wonderful place for kids! Our daughter always had a great time there, and the staff (especially Zarina) are warm, welcoming, and caring. We always feel genuinely looked after throughout our entire experience They provide a fun, safe, and enriching space where children can learn, play, and enjoy themselves, while parents feel at ease. MTT has become such an important part of our community, and we’re so grateful for the joy and memories it has given us. Our daughter has now started preschool but still misses her teachers and friends from MTT. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
