  I had my root canal procedure done at Milestone Dentistry with Dr. Tina and Dr. Rajesh, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were both very professional, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was done with great care. The staff were also welcoming and supportive, which made the whole visit stress-free. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Milestone Dentistry to anyone looking for quality dental care.

  Worst experience ever ! Booked an appointment for new patient examination + teeth cleanup. Got a call 2 days in a row from the clinic that my appointment is confirmed . Even I called the clinic 1.5 hour before my appointment time and it was still confirmed . However , when I went for my appointment at 2pm , they made me sign a few forms and rushed me to the dental hygienist for the clean up . When I inquired about the patient examination and x-rays I booked for I was told that the dentist had to leave for a family emergency and therefore they won’t be able to do the examination today . I took a whole day off work and drove all the way from Toronto to Mississauga only for this kind of unprofessional behavior. I cancelled my appointment and left immediately with the utmost frustration . I would highly recommend to avoid this shady dental clinic

  I recently visited Dr. Tina’s dental clinic with my 3.5-year-old for a baby tooth extraction, and the experience was exceptional. Dr. Tina was incredibly patient and caring, ensuring my child felt safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. Her calm demeanor and gentle approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier for my little one. I was so impressed by her professionalism and the care she provided that I decided to have a cleaning done for myself during the same visit. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The receptionist and office management staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire process—from scheduling the appointment to post-visit follow-ups—smooth and hassle-free. It’s clear that the team works together to provide the best possible experience for their patients. Based on this visit, I’ve decided to make Dr. Tina our family dentist. I truly appreciate her expertise and the effort the entire staff puts into creating a positive environment for both adults and children. I hope they continue to deliver the same level of excellent service in the future.   I had an excellent experience at Milestone Dentistry. I’m usually very nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Shruti and Sakshi made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Shruti is professional, patient, and explains everything clearly, while Sakshi is gentle, thorough, and friendly. The clinic is spotless, modern, and welcoming. I truly felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend Milestone Dentistry for anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality dental care!

  I unfortunately did not have a great first experience with this dental office. For full context, I only booked for a cleaning. I was rebooked a few times by the office's request which was fine but when I did eventually make it to my appointment I showed up 10 minutes early. I was only seen 50 minutes later by someone, which is the longest I've ever had to wait for a scheduled appointment. I was never apologized to or communicated well to during that time. This would have been excusable if the service was great but it was unfortunately the worst cleaning I've ever experienced. I'm not sure if it was the cleaner or the equipments fault but they sprinkled water all over my shirt(past the bib) and neck area from trying to rinse my mouth multiple times. The cleaning itself was also the most painful I've experienced, once again I am not sure if this is due to the equipment or the cleaner themselves. I do go to the dentist regularly so this was not a case of me not seeing the dentist in years, I just moved to the area and was referencing from reviews. Their music selection was also just playing Taylor Swift the whole time, this is just personal preference at this point but would have been nice to play other stuff for people who don't like her music as much as the staff.
