  The fact that we have been called on numerous occasions to pick up my autistic nephew who they claimed they were unable to “handle” due to him “throwing toys” is really outrageous. I have expressed my displeasure with the director and her staff. This is a child who has been in daycare for 3 years and has had his diagnosis for 2 years. I do not feel as if they are equipped to deal with children. An autistic child is still a child. I would NOT recommend unless you want to leave work everyday to pick up your child from a service that you have already paid for. I’m only giving one star because there is nothing lower 😒

  My child is a newcomer with very limited knowledge of english and is a bit behind in communication. With the Help of Director Jangmu and other child educators especially Harpreet, Sadeeka, Dechhen and Pawanpreet he is getting more expressive. Highly recommend to anyone worrying about the child not mixing with other children.

  This facility is not inclusive or considerate of children with differing abilities. My nephew was asked not to come back because he has an ability that they are not trained, educated or understanding of. My nephew has autism and has worked very hard on his ability to communicate his needs but when the facility took no time to understand those needs he was seen as a problem and asked not to return. I suggest the staff and directors take the time to be trained and train their staff on basic human rights and understand that this is discrimination and should not be tolerated. DO BETTER.
