A great place for walking and BBQ, and one of the locations for National Day fireworks. there is a pond in the park. Enjoy the ducks and springs in the pond. Enjoyable colours at fall.

Very sizable but aged playground on hard sand base. Splash pad built in 2019. Nice pond and boardwalk area. Forest and trails. Many large gazebos and picnic tables. Ample parking areas. Love the monkey bars for young and old. Washroom on site.

Park is well maintained with only few maintenance work balance at childrens play area , washrooms are available and a large parking area. Perfect area for playing sports. Rest area available , kids play area is good with availability of water splash for kids to enjoy. Kids will like it, we can spend a whole day here peacefully with less noise unlike few other parks. Park is crowded only on weekends and on weekdays is quite empty. A must visit area near Markham area

April 2022 4★ A large area park that is located at the major intersection of McCowan and Steeles. This park takes up several blocks. Its nice wooded area provides great shade during hot sunny days, while it's open fields are great for running, soccer and kite flying. A nice sand pit playground (though older) and a splash pad complements the park. This park is just perfect for picnics as they have multiple gazebos. There are two separate playground structures/areas. Currently, in the pond there's lots of gold fishes and ducks. Public rest rooms are available. Plenty of parking. 2021 4★ It's an older established park that's fairly big. Has a nice wooded area and a small pond. Picnic area and a large grassy open area. Good for kids too with a small playground and splash area. Conveniently located at major intersections and right beside a popular community center.

I love Milliken District Park even before I moved to Scarborough. It's such a great place in the middle of a busy city where I can take a walk and clear out my mind. It's spacious and have lots of trails for walking or jogging. The paths are smooth and easy to walk on, which I think is important for elderly and people with weak legs. Look at photos you would think it's from lakeside or countryside. It's peaceful and quiet during weekdays. During weekends there's lots of families and elderly hanging out here. It's full of life, yet never feel crowded.
