  We celebrated my son’s birthday at Mini Playtown, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kids had an amazing time exploring all the play areas. Everything was clean, safe, and well-organized. The party setup made it easy for us to just relax and enjoy. Highly recommend Mini Playtown for anyone planning a fun and stress-free birthday celebration! 🎂🎈

  We visited today, and I thought it was fancy on the first look, we found it a bit underwhelming. First, many of the small pieces of activities are missing, like there’s a car shop with screwdriver, but no bolts or anything my parts to attach, or make up station with missing parts. Also, the hard floor has a racing track with kids using cars and strollers and even parents pushing kids really fast on the mini cars, while other kids are entering and exiting activity areas on exactly same path. It would be better if the racing track was behind the sofas. Also, it had plenty of room for slow play, but nothing for safe physical activity, nothing to climb on, or jump or just fool around with. I felt there’s not enough space for parents, and you cannot observe the kids as activities are in different rooms. Maybe it a better fit for children who like to role playing, or parents who want to guide the kids. If you want your kids to just happily jump in a safe place and you want to chill as a parent - this is not the place. But if your child loves to role play and you have the patience to play with them even at the playground - you”ll probably love this place.

  We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here and it was such a hit. We had so much space from the play area to the 2 party rooms. It was extremely clean and they let us decorate to the nines with our Frozen theme. The play area will keep kids entertained for hours. Very kind and helpful owners and staff.

  We hosted my daughters 3rd birthday here this past weekend. I love how easy it was to schedule and had great communication when booking. Pizza arrived hot and facility was very clean! Everyone had a great time at the party too and I felt price was reasonable. Thanks for helping us have a great party!

  We celebrated our son’s birthday at Mini Playtown, and it was an absolute success! We had visited before and knew how much fun our little one had, so hosting his party there was an easy choice, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The staff was kind, attentive, and communicated clearly with us leading up to the event. On the day of the party, everything was spotless and perfectly set up, just waiting for us to add our decorations. Our guests felt welcomed, and the kids had an incredible time exploring and playing. At the end of the party, the team even took care of the cleanup, which was a huge help while we packed up our things. I highly recommend Mini Playtown to any parent looking for a fun, stress-free party experience or just some fun indoor play space in Kitchener. The 2-hour slot is ideal for little ones to explore, play, and burn off energy. We’ll definitely be coming back!
