Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Great experience and definitely would recommend! Oh, and also an amazing selection of Bettas. I picked up a beautiful female Galaxy Betta, a few Green Danios, Rummy-nose, and Neon Tetras. All in good health and doing very well together!

Walked in to this store today morning at 12:45pm to pick up a tiger and santa claus parrot as this store was recommended to me by a friend for those two types of fish. Walked out of the store at 12:47pm.. The aged dude at the billing counter with specs - his attitude absolutely sucks, and i do not even know how he is still in business with such a mega poor and rude attitude.. I wouldn't get fish from this dude, even if they were all for free... If you only want to cater to certain types of customers from certain parts of the world, put up a board saying so, instead of displaying your grumpy and frowning face. I barely dish out bad reviews...and when I do - the service and attitude absolutely sucked!!! Does Google not allow zero stars???

A stop we always make when in the area - and have designated trips with my autistic children as it’s such a clean, bright, calm atmosphere. Unlike big chain pet stores - bettas are kept on larger containers made of glass/divided aquariums. The fish all look healthy and super bright and colourful. I have been cycling a tank just to go back and get my kiddos glofish there ( the brightest under natural light I ever seen, hardy sizeable tetras and danios available at an unbeatable price tag!) plan to pick up myself a couple barbs super soon! Been attending this store for years and it’s maintained so well and staff are welcoming! When we purchased our betta (seriously the BEST bettas at the best prices!) the gentleman even said “thank you” when we said we wanted to take him! I always feel welcomed and never pressured or hovered over!
