  My children were attending this location as emergency care. The staff at this location were very professional and caring. These ladies had a challenging job to do. They had to run a regular program and on top of that most children in care were bringing a laptop to log into remote learning. My children enjoyed attending this location. These ladies will be greatly missed .

  My kid was part of this child care for 2 years and all the teachers from her preschool as well as the toddler group provided above and beyond care. Whether it's changing diapers, getting the children fed, or assisting them on the potty, and they never get upset when they make a mistake, allowing them to feel at ease exploring the right and wrong ways of doing things on their own. Due to Covid these past 2 years were tough for all of us but they all made sure about extra hygiene and sanitizing on a daily basis which gave such ease of mind to us and were able to leave our kid in a safe and clean environment. Also, a special thanks to you supervisor for beautifully managing and supervising the childcare and giving my child a sense of belonging, happiness, and comfort.

  Hello, My daughter Arnika, 2 years old, was going to this Credit valley YMCA child care. Our experience was outstanding as she had learned and improved immensely during that period. Initially she was very shy and scarred but in just a couple of months she grew up really social. We witnessed an amazing transformation in her as a parent and we appreciate her teachers, especially Linda and Chelsea, who often engaged with her. We would also extend our thanks to other staff members who helped her during this time. We were never worried about our young one as we saw that she was excited to go to her daycare in the morning. Amazing! She often used to say “my friends doing bike” referring to her friends riding bike in the outdoor area. However since we moved into our new home, we had to change her daycare. But she is really missing this place. Hopefully she will adjust again :) Once again, you guys are amazing. Thanks Best regards Arnika’s parents

  My son attends the Kindergarten Summer Club, and I would personally give 5 stars to the educator, Maria. She is incredibly kind with the children, attentive to their individual needs, and consistently engages them in meaningful activities. She takes her time and carries out her role with dedication and care. I highly recommend her — Maria is a truly amazing professional.
