I recently visited a Jellycat store and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and comprehensive selection of products. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, assisting with a warm and friendly approach. The store’s inventory was well-stocked, featuring a wide array of Jellycat plush toys in various sizes and styles, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, the shopping experience was delightful, marked by both high-quality products and excellent customer service.

This location and the one located inside CF Markville mall is strange how they run a business in my opinion. I assume both locations are owen by the same individuals. Both locations have some Jellycats in thier display window but not on thier self. So, I asked to purchase the one I liked from the display window. To my understand businesses buy from suppliers to sell in thier stores or online to keep the business open and upfloat, correct me if I'm wrong? Usually when a customer buys an item off the display window since say was not on self or floor from working retail in pass, the employees just puts other item there to take up space. The employee at this location "claimed", "They are just there for display and not to be sold and if wanted that particular item to look els where." UMMM okay?? I'll take my money elsewhere if you don't want it. The MODA KIDS at CF Markville claimed, "The Jellycats in the display window where presold and waiting for the customers to come pick up." Which I understand a lot business do that and put the item behind cash register or under the register or in thier back stock room. In this situation it was the bee Jellycat I was interested in since at that time no where was selling them to purchase in person or online unless your would willing to pay triple price on ebay. Six months later I walk pass the MODA KIDS at CF Markville mall and the bee Jellycat was still sitting in thier display window. Again during this period of time the bee Jellycat still was not available on the Jellycat website and other companies that sold Jellycats didn't have stock of the bee still. I was thinking, Is this customer who apparently is coming to pick up the same Jellycat from six months ago walking from Europe or Asia to Canada?!?! I walked inside to see what chicken nugget excuse the employees where going say for kicks and giggles this time around. One employee gave same excuse of someone pre-ordered it and the other employee there said it was one of the employees Jellycats who just has it in the store for "show". Another employee didn't know what to say and walked into back room when asked about why they even have items on display window if not going be sold and just sitting there collecting dust. Never have I came across a business selling stuff that refuses to sell thier products or items or merch or toys, unless defective and in that case items would be pulled off shelves. Someone make it make sense why MODA KIDS refuses to sell some of thier items and when asked the endless excuses. I refuse to shop at MODA KIDS for how they run thier business now. Which is unfortunate since this store does from time to time have some cute items for kids. Thank God after almost one year and eight months of the searching the Jellycat website finally restocked a bunch of ones (the bee) that this store refuses to sell to customers.

I recently visited this adorable store and was absolutely blown away by the variety and quality of the products. The plush toys are incredibly soft, cute, and diverse in design—from animals to quirky food items like baguettes and strawberries. The store's layout is well-organized, making it easy to browse the shelves filled with adorable Jellycat toys and other charming items. The Halloween decorations also added a fun and festive touch to the overall experience. It’s a perfect place to find unique gifts for children or even for yourself. Highly recommend checking it out!
