This daycare is amazing. I've had both my kids placed in this center. My daughter started when she was 13 months now 8 yrs old and they welcomed her with open arms. She loved each and every staff there and everyone loved her. The staff are all great. My son started just before he turned 1 and he is now 4yrs old. They also cared for him as if he was there own. As a parent going back to work, it's so hard to find a center but Mother of Compassion was the right fit even having to drive 30 min to drop off and pick up. But just know MOC staff the work you do with mine and other children are amazing. You are truly missed by my kids and my family. More then a 5 star daycare. 💟

Jeremiah M grandmother. I went with my daughter to tour this centre and from the moment I stepped my foot through the doors the place felt so welcoming. My grandson felt it too. He just slipped down and went straight to the teachers. I just want to say this was the best feeling to know he would be okay. Thanks to all his wonderful teachers. You all are great, and I thank God He chose you guys to look after my grandson.

I was fortunate enough to be able to spend the infant years with my children, but I had to go back to work. I was so fortunate that there was availability for my children at Mother of Compassion. As a Mother Theresa alumnus, I always heard great things about them but now I can personally advocate how amazing the staff and the programming is. For all the nervous parents, there will be updates on the Lillio app (formerly HiMama). This includes: Mealtimes/how much your child ate, Nap times/length of time they slept, Description of activities they’ve done, pictures, and they check in and out you child also the times they went to the washroom (for infant and toddler). You will get a summary at the end of each day. You could monitor your payments on the app as well. The centre is clean and taken care of. I will also add that during the pandemic (while in person was happening) / post-pandemic, they took extra precautionary measures to ensure everything was up to ministry standards and constantly updated us. The programming is always fun and catered to the childrens’ interests. They learn so much and really come out of their shells! Each of the staff who are in the various rooms (infant/toddler/preschool) are familiar with your child and are so caring/understanding. My children have gravitated towards each of the staff in each of the room. They are like family to us because my children talk about them at home every day and can’t wait to go in the next day to tell them of their latest accomplishments/new toys/experiences, etc. They have a parent council which you could join. They have events for the families such as the Summer BBQ. They have special events for the children (foam parties/Christmas present/spirit days, etc.). They have yearly individual/sibling/class picture and my favourite is their “graduation” picture! I was so sad when my older one was leaving the daycare and now my second one will be leaving the daycare in a matter of months. It is such a bitter-sweet experience because as sad as I am to part with the daycare, my children are ready to go on to kindergarten! I genuinely thank each staff member because this post is long enough as it is!

My son’s been attending mother of compassion since he was 10 months and he absolutely loves it. He walks right in so happily and the staff are so amazing with how they take care of him. They are very detailed and organized and I love to see what my little one is doing through the app where they upload pictures daily. It doesn’t even feel like a daycare, it seems like family!
