  I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire daycare team for the incredible experience we had during our daughter’s time in your care. Our journey began in the infant group with Miss Emmy — it was our first experience with daycare in Canada, and it turned out to be a very positive one. My daughter was always in good, attentive hands. I’m truly grateful to Miss Emmy for her warmth and care. Later, we moved to the preschool group, and that stage was simply wonderful. Miss Roshna and Miss Teresa are real angels. My daughter was excited to go to daycare every morning and didn’t want to leave in the evening. When she felt sad, the teachers would hug her and rock her to sleep — because hugs are her special “love language.” Their sensitivity and kindness won our hearts. The daycare regularly hosts events and celebrations for families. Children’s performances, thoughtful gifts, seasonal and holiday decorations — all of it creates a joyful and cozy atmosphere. We were especially touched by how they bake cupcakes for each child’s birthday and invite the parents to a small party. The care and education provided are of the highest level — you can feel the love and attention in every detail. Special thanks to the supervisors — always polite, respectful, and ready to help. The daycare is always clean, bright, and warm — both physically and emotionally. We are truly sad to leave, but unfortunately, it’s due to a move. We are taking with us the warmest memories and immense gratitude. Thank you for the love, care, and safe space you have created for our daughter! May God bless you and the important work you do!
