Update: Successfully contacted via Email, got rapid responds and refund! -------------------------------------- [To Dr. Y. Wang, [Medicine Professional Corporation] I asked for a refund several times by phone call since at least two months ago. They always say they marked it down and will pass it to the accountant to process the refund. But never got my money back. Two weeks ago, no one answered the phone call anymore and the clinic didn't open. I am writing a notice email to the owner and filing a consumer complaint to the Consumer Protection Ontario against the business.]

Great service and very efficient! They offer COVID tests with same day results (got my results in approximately 20 minutes). Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke different languages to cater to the needs of the patients. This allowed me to understand the testing process and results. They briefed me prior, during and after the COVID test to ensure I was comfortable and answered all my questions! Overall, amazing and very clean facility with friendly staff. Would definitely come back for other testing to be done when necessary (COVID, blood, etc.)

Trying this as it seems to have worked for others in previous reviews. I received medical care and testing in 2020/2021 from this clinic, and was in contact with them via email to get a copy of my records. They initially responded but have failed to respond to my multiple other attempts to contact them.

Update, after posting my review, the clinic responded to my initial email and transferred my medical records to my new clinic. I have adjusted my previous review (1 star) accordingly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emailed asking for previous health records. Turns out the establishment is closed and there is no way to contact (tried WeChat, Phone, Email). Would have been nice to have gotten contacted before they closed so we could properly transfer our medical records.

Clinic staff provided professional, caring, and efficient service. Performed a cardiac stress test a couple months back and the doctor was very knowledgeable in answering my concerns and providing supportive resources. In addition, the clinic took me in last minute notice for COVID testing and received results within minutes. Would recommend to family and friends!
