  We visited this location on Sunday evening, and although we’ve been here a few times before, this was by far our best experience yet. I’d like to give a special thank you to Shahmeen and Fabian for being so kind and amazing with our two-year-old daughter. The store was relatively quiet during our visit, and Shahmeen took the time to show our daughter a few things around the shop and even play with her. This was something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made our daughter’s evening and truly meant a lot to us as parents. That level of care and warmth really stood out. Fabian was also wonderful—friendly and patient throughout our visit. Experiences like this are what make a place memorable and keep us coming back. Also everything we had ( hazelnut rocher, milo malt with brownies, soft serve) was delicious as always! Thank you both for going above and beyond and making our visit such a positive one!

  I have come to this store in person and ordered online, the scoops are usually no issue since you're ordering in store but the pints seem to give me issues so I'm not confident about ordering here again. Came as soon as their strawberry lemonade pints had been stocked up and they were out the same day which was disappointing. It would've been nice if they updated that information on their social media if it went out of stock that fast. I waited and saw that they now had it back in stock on Uber so I ordered 3 pints to which they only sent me 1... Their pistachio pints can also be hit or miss sometimes as the pistachios can sometimes be bitter.

  The location was absolutely packed. The interior seating location was tight but the exterior had some better options but will get into that later. The prices were absolutely great considering it's gelato and uses a higher cream as a base in comparison to ice cream. The flavors picked were mango saffron cheesecake and a peaches and cream. The quality and quantity you get is definitely ballpark of what you're paying. It's not icey and the sweetness is not over bearing. There's actual chunks of peaches in the P&C and the saffron was definitely present. The service was wonderful and even when they were packed, they were welcoming and receptive to the menu. Where it did lose points is in the seating. The benches and tables outside are just horrible, wobbly and just not even nice. A wooden stool would have been fine. Otherwise, it's a great location to get solid gelato!

  All the flavours are halal, and don't use gelatin. The Pistachio is the most real testing pistachio dessert we've ever had. Two samples is the limit per person.
