It was a beautiful fall Sunday and unusually warm, perfect for a gelato treat. I was in the area so I decided to drop in to this location. It was my first time trying Nani’s and instead of ordering my usual pistachio, I decided on the Mango Saffron Cheesecake - mascarpone cheese, mango, saffron and GF pie crumble ($7.25 scoop on a cone). They rotate flavours every two weeks. The server was so friendly she had a sample for me before I could even think about it. It was delicious and I was sold. The flavours were so well balanced and I loved the crunch of the bits of pie crumble.

We’ve been going to Nani’s for years in Mississauga, and when my brother moved to Milton we were thrilled to find a location just 10 minutes away. It felt like finding a piece of home. We stopped by around 11:30 and were welcomed by Shreya and Sonya, who were both amazing. Shreya was by far the nicest Nani’s employee I’ve ever met. She was kind, funny, and incredibly patient. She actually let me sample 6 flavours (including her top 3 picks) and explained the ingredients, what was fresh, and which flavours were new that week. The ice cream was fresh and delicious, but the hospitality from Shreya and Sonya is what made the visit unforgettable. If I were the manager, I’d give them both a raise. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to Nani’s Gelato in Milton many times, and it never disappoints! They always have a great variety of unique and delicious flavours, and the gelato is consistently fresh and creamy. The customer service is also top-notch — the staff are friendly, helpful, and always make the experience enjoyable. One of my favorite spots in town!

ooh lawd this is thee best gelato/ice cream. Has ruined all other brands/businesses for me. The staff is so friendly and usually patient while I sample and the vegan biscoff is actually not of this world. The pistachio is mighty fine too. Just LOOK at that texture on the biscoff, lord jesus

The best gelato I’ve had so far! The texture is incredibly creamy, and the flavors are rich and indulgent. What really sets this place apart is the unique fusion of desi and classic Western flavors—a refreshing change from the usual options. These specialty flavors rotate, so there’s always something new to try. I sampled the mango saffaron lotus and peach n cream, but the standout was definitely the mango, saffron, and lotus—so good that I not only had it twice in one day, but also took a tub home! The staff are genuinely welcoming and warm, adding to the overall experience. A must-visit for ice cream and gelato lovers!
