Both my children are thriving there and loves NM. All their staff are extremely personable and stay connected like family members, and since Raizell's tenure communications have been prompt and informative.

My kid goes here since she was 10 months old. She is now 4 . I cannot stop praising how great this center is. What makes this center super fabulous is the entire staff. They genuinely love and nurture the kids and teach them such valuable skills and values. There has been a management change recently. Raizell the new administrative head of the school is so prompt and invested in the betterment of the center and taking care of her staff and children. It was great before but the place has only gotten even better since. We will be very sad to leave the daycare when my kid moves to school. But I'll make sure to continue being here for our after school daycare. Antoinette, Bethel, Penny, Clarissa have been my kids primary ECEs and my(and I) absolutely adore them. The supporting staff Mumtaz, shumita , Natasha and many others are so good as well.

Incredible space, great team and great leadership. Raizell, the manager, is always accessible and keeps everyone informed. We have been with Mandela for almost a year and we love it. The staff are so knowledgeable and really care about all the kids! They have helped us with big transitions and create a warm community.

Nelson Mandela Childcare Centre is first class. Our experience there has been and continues to be amazing. The facility is spacious and bright with a dedicated outdoor area for just the daycare children. The food is nutritious and culturally diverse. The staff are absolutely wonderful...so caring and engaging. I also like that it is a teaching centre so the children are exposed to a constant flow of young enthusiastic ECE students with great ideas. I also really appreciate the use of StoryPark throughout the centre - an online forum for educators to share announcements and updates about the things your child is doing, along with pictures and videos. This forum also makes the educators very accessible for communication about any concerns or other things. I can't recommend this centre enough. It's a really lovely environment and community to be a part of ❤️

I feel so lucky that my kiddo has had a chance to experience and enjoy such a loving, caring, empathetic group of caregivers! The close community feel extends to us parents and guardians as well. There are always multiple happy hellos to us and our child as we walk through the halls from staff who have helped our child grow through his early years. I can rest assured knowing that I am sending my child to a place where he is loved and respected every day. Thank you so much to the staff at this center for helping our little ones thrive! Very excited for when our next kiddo can come join you all!
