  I wish i could give this daycare 0 points but unfortunately i dont have that option here. My son started his first daycare with them but he was so scared since then that he still not want to go there, even he is still avoiding that area. He keeps saying that Ms Rupi hit me mom, i dont want to go there. She slapped me in the washroom whenever i vomit. He is still scared to go outside. Its been more than a year but the fear of that teacher still in his mind. Be aware of sending your child here and always listen to your child if he/she tries to say anything.

  My son has been in the daycare for over a year, the facility is very clean, teachers are so loving to the children . My son has learnt so many things and how to be a smart and loving boy, thanks to Ms Paula,Ms Rupi, Ms Karen & Ms Parmjeet. My son is going to school now he is in first grade but he still missing Ms Rupi and Ms Paula ..

  My little one started here when she was 18 months. The staff here is really caring towards all children. They followed COVID protocol perfectly. My daughter learnt a lot of new things. She was very happy every morning to go to her daycare. Entire staff is very responsible. I am so happy we choose new steps. I highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a best childcare option and on top of that it’s non profit so you save a lot of money as well.

  New Steps Day Care has been a life changing experience for my 3 yr old daughter. When she joined, she was a shy little caterpillar and had a hard time adapting to the new environment. But the warmth & dedication of her teachers Ms. Karen, Ms. Carmen & the pricipal Ms. Adele was nothing short of marvelous. Their constant effort in training her, making her learn new things helped my.daughter to adapt & spread her wings. Today after 6 months, I am grateful to see her confident, independent, vibrant ready to explore the world. I have also to add the combined support & care that the entire staff gives to each & every kid. I have to mention Ms. Rupee, Ms Bella, Ms Paula, Ms Parmjeet, Ms Shorteau, Ms Maria... sorry if I.missed anyone. They always welcome kids with a smile, and always look after kids even if they do not work with them. And they genuinely.care for every child. Finally, my review is incomplete without sharing the impact of.bible circle had on my daughter... A 4 year old speaks of values at home, do's & dont's... She comes home with bible stories.to relate and how her day went by. It's reassuring to know that while we are at work, my daughter was at a safe place that feels like second home. I highly recommend New Steps Day Care to any parent seeking a safe & loving environment for child. 7 stars 🌟!!!!

  Our son will turn four in September 2024, and it’s incredible how quickly time has flown since we first enrolled him in New Step Daycare at just 11 months old. The decision to choose New Step Daycare has proven to be one of the best we’ve made. From the very beginning, Miss Adele, Mario, Karen, Parmjit, Shorteau, Paul, Rupee, Bella, and Carmen have given us confidence that our child is in the best hands. We can’t fully express how grateful we are for the care and attention they provide. Throughout the year, the daycare organizes events and activities designed to nurture and develop the children, fostering growth and instilling good manners and behavior. We are truly thankful for the positive impact they’ve had on our son’s early years.
