I had an excellent experience with Matt, their orthodontist. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which really put me at ease. His treatment coordinator, Louise, was warm and pleasure to work with—she has such a bubbly positive energy and made the whole process smooth. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Newmarket Orthodontist is a fantastic place to go to get orthodontic work done. Louise was amazing and she created a safe and inviting environment for us. Her knowledge was incredible and she had lots of treats to make out time inviting. Dr Matt was really awesome and he allowed us to ask lots of questions and was honest. Highly recommend!!

Let with Louise and Dr. Matt. My son was referred to the clinic by Dawson Dental Newmarket. They're not our first consultation, so I knew what to look out for. Both Louise and Dr. Matt are absolutely amazing - each one explained everything very clearly, step by step, what will happen if we go with them. What I liked the most were their professionalism, laid all the cards on the table, giving me and my son that full confidence to say yes and start the process. 2 previous Orthodontists insisted that my son will require teeth extraction and, one of them, even insisted on rhinoplasty of his nose because supposedly it's off by 1 mm (!). Dr. Matt clearly said that he'll never offer extraction knowing that he can fix the situation and avoid these extra costs and pain. Now speaking of the costs - the price we got quoted is BY FAR the best of them all. Honestly, I was so convinced and so at ease that I signed the contract at the end of our appointment and my son received his 1st treatment right after. We really recommend Dr. Matt and his team. As a parent, you not only want the best for your kids but also the best for your pocket. 🙌🙌🙌 Please check with Newmarket Orthodontic before saying yes to someone else. Can't say enough positive things about Dr Matt. I had consulted multiple orthodontists. All with different opinions but Dr Matt understood my goals and concerns and came up with the best plan. Overall he is very knowledgeable, a good communicator, and I'm happy with the results to date. Only issue I'd flag is the office gets busy and it can be hard to reschedule. Overall great experience.

Choosing an orthodontist is important not only for the teeth, but because of the time you will spend with the team. Several appointments and adjustments a year. Our situation was complex and Dr Matt Paradisgarten and his team were excellent. They provided trusted guidance, excellent referrals, appointments that run on-time and a talented extended team.
