Carmen was excellent finding the perfect suit for my 13 y.o., who is a relatively simple dresser. The in-store selection was fantastic and he was able to try on different fits and shades with Carmen's help until he found the right one. Carmen then was able to suggest a great tie and pocket-square combo to give some much needed 'pop'. Highly recommended !

Couldn't be happier with this suit! My son has a petite frame and it fit him perfectly. All we had to do was hem the leg of the pant and take in the waist.

We visited the Northboys store in Don Mills yesterday and were thoroughly impressed. The selection of boys is fantastic- they carry high quality designer suits, pants and shirts that are both stylish and well-organized. A special shoutout to Shreya, who provided exceptional customer service. Her product knowledge, friendly demeanour, and sincere advice made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout the selection process, and we truly appreciate her honest opinions. We highly recommend this store to anyone looking for premium boys clothing. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m incredibly disappointed and honestly shocked by the way I was treated here. I’ve spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars at this store over time, always choosing to support a local business for my children’s clothes — but after my last purchase I won’t be coming back. The owner was rude, dismissive, and condescending when I asked why my order wasn’t being shipped out despite me spending over $500 on one purchase and why I was paying for shipping ! He cancelled my order without saying a word to me , took me off of their mailing list ! (Just like that) I was shocked and in tears as I had ordered those for a wedding we were going to attend, I was left with nothing , I had to run around looking for other clothes for my boys ! The front desk staff made me feel like a nuisance for asking a simple question. For a store that caters to children and families, the lack of basic customer service and courtesy is unacceptable.what was my fault here , all I asked was “ why my order wasn’t being shipped and why there was a cost associate to shipping ! No argument at all ! Loyalty clearly means nothing to them. I expected better, especially after being such a consistent customer. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Carmen at Don Mills location was absolutely AMAZING!! Just Amazing. Her expertise and such Pleasant demeanor was worth the drive from Durham. Had 4 teen boys with me and she switched gears so effortlessly and with a smile, even when different requests were being made from different directions. She never faltered nor wavered in her most pleasant nature. The whole experience was actually fun and a memorable one for us all. The clothing is of great quality, stitching refined and prices are reasonable. You pay for what you get. Thank you Carmen! I would not have been able to do this without you 🥰 Many blessings
