Stopped by for the annual toronto harajuku walk! claw machines are easily winnable and the lighting is amazing for photo ops! coin rates are around the same aa other places! also i saw a curren chan figure so its peak

I’ve been a loyal customer at OctoZone for over two years and have always enjoyed my visits. However, I was very disappointed during my most recent experience. I won a toy from one of the claw machines, but it fell beside the prize hole rather than directly into it. Despite clearly winning, the staff member on duty (around 3 PM, Asian male with short hair) informed me that management does not allow them to honour prizes in this situation. In the past, similar situations were resolved fairly, and prizes were honored. It’s frustrating to see inconsistency in how these cases are handled, especially when other customers have experienced the same issue. As a long-time and loyal patron, I hope management will consider being consistent and fair in honoring legitimate wins. It’s small gestures like this that build trust and encourage customers to keep returning.

A really cool arcade unlike a lot I've been in. Filled with neon lights and a chill atmosphere, the arcade is a lot of fun, with the machines not being too hard, meaning you can actually win stuff. Will come back.

A very cool concept of a big decorated shop with many machines with robotic hand to collect surprises. The nice thing about it - they are fair and you understand your low-mid chances to win by a written statement on the machine. Recommend!!!

Had such a fun time at OCTO ZONE! 🕹️ It’s super conveniently located right by the Eaton Centre, which makes it an easy stop if you’re in the area. The claw machines are stacked with the cutest plushies and there’s a great variety of prizes something for total beginners and seasoned claw champs. One of the coolest things? You can even trade your prize if you’re not totally happy with what you pulled such a good idea! 💡 Overall, a fun spot to hang out with friends, chill, and try your luck. We’ll definitely be back for another round!
