  My 9-year-old son has been attending the OMAC World Class Martial Arts program, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The instructors are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and supportive. The classes are well-structured, striking a perfect balance between discipline and fun. My son has not only improved his physical skills but has also gained valuable life lessons in respect, focus, and perseverance.   I truly can’t say enough about the incredible experience my sons are having at OMAC. The Masters/Instructors are absolutely fantastic, they encourage students while maintaining high level discipline and expectations. Everyone treats one another with the utmost respect at all times and OMAC has created a culture where community and family are paramount. It truly feels as though every adult in this building is genuine and wants the best for the children they are mentoring. Both of my sons were a little hesitant at first when I set up the trial, but after the trial they begged us to attend. Despite being busy with rep hockey they gladly go to class on their days off and practice at home to make themselves and their master proud of them. If you are considering sending your child to a martial arts establishment then this is your place.   OMAC Mississauga gave my daughter mental outlet, confidence, happiness, a push to move forward, skills, sense of togetherness, positivity, health and strenght. The Masters and Mr Danny go above and beyond for every single student. They are super organized. Children and adults can be seen loving to attend the session everyday. The sense of respect, peacefulness and respect shines through. 감사합니다

  OMAC Meadowvale is a fantastic martial arts school with skilled instructors who genuinely care about their students’ growth.   From not wanting to even go for a trial class to now on his third belt and a medal in a tournament my son has come very far. He's gotten more confident, disciplined and stronger and it is all thanks to the amazing Masters and Mr. Danny at OMAC Mississauga. I cannot thank them enough for all that they do😊
