  This place is fully deserving of it's 5* rating. We did the Carnival escape room. It's well designed, clean and not your run of the mill combination lock/ lock and key escape room. It's fun, great set-up and interesting clues. The best part is their staff! Zubeida is extremely personable, welcoming and kind. The gentleman working behind the scenes who gave us our hints that we were able to meet briefly after was great as well! This was a fantastic experience!

  I’m honestly so upset writing this because I’ve always loved this company and have been to their rooms before. I even drove an hour to try out this location. Unfortunately, this experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had. From the start, multiple puzzles and mechanisms were not working properly. We kept having to call for help not because we were stuck, but because things simply wouldn’t trigger or open. It completely ruined any sense of flow or immersion. It got so frustrating that we actually walked out partway through the room which is something I’ve never done at an escape room before. When I spoke with the manager afterward, the only thing offered was a discount for a future booking. No refund, no real acknowledgment of how much the broken puzzles impacted our experience. For a place I’ve always supported, this felt really dismissive and disappointing. I left extremely upset, and it honestly hurts to say that a place I’ve enjoyed so much in the past let me down this badly. I hope they address the technical issues and customer experience, because this was not anywhere close to the standard I’m used to from them.

  ‘Defend the magic academy’ was easily one of my favourite escape rooms to date. It was very creative and interactive, and not the typical puzzle you’d find anywhere else. There was a certain ‘uniqueness’ to the escape room that made the escape much more memorable (you’ll know once you attempt it!). We needed a bit of extra time, but the staff did allocate us some more time so that we could get to ‘the best part’ as well as the end. The staff was very generous and weren’t afraid to explain to us the puzzles’ mechanisms at the end of the run. I would definitely come again for more escape rooms!

  We recently hosted a birthday party here and it was fantastic! The setup was seamless — they provided a private party room with pizza, drinks, cutlery, and all the essentials, so everything was taken care of from start to finish. It made my life so much easier! The escape room itself was amazing — multi-room, multi-challenge, and really immersive. The kids (age 11) did Defend the Magic Academy, which lasted an hour and a half. It was a bit challenging for their age, but the staff were super friendly and generous with hints while keeping the fun and excitement alive. I’ve been to a few escape rooms before, this one really stood out for the quality of the experience, unique and immersive challenges and the thoughtful party setup. I’d highly recommend Omventure and this location specifically!

  We went on a journey to "Defend the magic academy" and their sets were full of surprises! I cant stop thinking it was the staff who were welcoming and truly passionate about showing us around. Not the most difficult puzzle, but a creative and immersive story line! Thank you for making our day!!
