Been going here for years! Love their clean and organized store. Affordable prizes and selections! I also enjoy their events they do monthly. And the best thing i love about this store, they take etransfer for instagram post and stories! Not a lot of OUAC does this and its so convenient! A plus on customer service too!!

Love this store. Wish I knew about this place during my pregnancy, would have saved so much time, effort and stress. Highly recommended if you need a one stop shop in Scarborough. They always have awesome things and super flexible and accommodating especially if you are a regular shopper. Plus LOVE the instagram orders as an option if in store shopping is not always an option

I have been shopping here for many years and it has always been a pleasant experience. It is always clean, you walk in and you are immediately greeted with a friendly smile. Pricing is good on most days and even better on special event days. I have zero complaints in regards to purchasing. Selling clothes here hasn't been the best for me but it still doesn't take away my love for this store regardless of them passing on my stuff 🤷🏼♀️ it simply is what it is, if they do not want my stuff then they don't want it there is no point in causing a scene or review bombing this small business unlike many other reviews I see here.. move on. Thank you to your staff for always being kind and welcoming- and helping to curb my daughters temper tantrum that one time when you could visably see I was stressing😂😂 she loves you guys too.

Once Upon a Child Scarborough is a great one-stop shop for all things kids. They have a wide variety of clothing in every size. Everything is very clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. The sales are amazing too, like 60% off clearance and 10 onesies for $10. Most of the clothes are in great condition, and some are even brand new. Lots of name-brand items at great prices. Beyond clothing, they also have tons of miscellaneous baby and kid items—like stroller hooks, baby safety gear (nose suckers, corner guards, outlet covers), swimwear, outerwear, toys, and books. The only small downside is that it can get a bit tight in the aisles when it’s busy, especially with larger strollers. I noticed some moms just carried the car seat instead. Still, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for quality items without breaking the bank!

I have been to a couple locations, but this is the cleanest, most organized, and most spacious location. The shop is easy to navigate with a stroller. The items are easy to locate in the shop. They carry a lot of new products. I brought in a couple of bags to sell, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!
