  I had my appointment today and the clinical care itself was good. However, I experienced an issue with the reception regarding insurance billing. I was asked to pay upfront and claim reimbursement myself, despite Orchard Clinic being listed for direct billing on my insurance app and having used direct billing here in the past. When I mentioned this, I was repeatedly told that “direct billing” still requires the patient to pay first, which is not accurate. I was also not informed beforehand that direct billing might not be accepted. After checking with the doctor, the receptionist agreed to bill the insurance for this visit but stated that future visits would not be handled this way. The lack of clear and accurate communication at the front desk was disappointing. I hope the clinic improves transparency around insurance procedures to ensure a smoother experience for patients.

  Loved my experience at Orchard Dental! It’s a warm, family-owned office and everyone was so kind. My hygienist had such a gentle touch and kept me comfortable the whole time. Dr. Martin also helped me with tooth whitening, which I now regret not doing before my wedding, lesson learned haha! Highly recommend, especially if you want to feel cared for like family!

From the moment I walked into Orchard Dental Care, everything about this place made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The clinic is spotless and very well maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. The hygienists are absolutely amazing—very meticulous, gentle, and thorough. They take their time and never rush, making sure everything is done properly and that you’re comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and truly an impeccable dentist. He explains things clearly, answers all questions, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of his work.
