  My daughter has have such a beautiful experience in Orchard Grove, she is so excited every morning as she knows she is going to school. As a parent, I am happy and have no worries at all. The team, Rachel, Jasmeen, Sarah, Lucy, they are loving, caring, always smiling. Everything is clean and organized. They have an app that you can see the progress of your child, pictures, videos. We are so lucky we found this beautiful school. I am so grateful 🙏 💛

  Orchard Grove Nursery is an amazing daycare in a clean, safe setting. Great enclosed large outdoor space. The staff are very loving, warm and provide excellent communication to parents. My daughter is always happy and extremely well cared for. I can’t recommend this daycare enough. I even got my sister to pull her daughter from elsewhere to join Orchard Grove.

  Our daughter attended Orchard Grove this past year and I would highly recommend it. The staff genuinely care about the children and work hard to provide fun and novel activities for them every day. We always looked forward to the photos and notes sent through the app to see what the kids were up to. The facilities are amazing: bright clean and organized classroom, huge outdoor play space (grass and sometimes mud), and a big indoor gymnasium for rainy days. The lunches and snacks are homemade by the staff, and they sometimes include the kids in preparing the meals to teach them about cooking and ingredients. My daughter really liked the provided meals, though they weren't always as healthy as I would have liked (seemed to cater to the picky eaters). The daycare utilizes the government subsidy so the fees are very reasonable. My daughter attended 3 days per week and the manager Rachel was very accommodating to her attending extra days when necessary, which we really appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed her time there and would recommend it!

  We were supposed to start our daughter at this daycare today after confirming her spot in writing last week. When we arrived this morning, we were told she couldn’t attend because of a licensing issue. No one notified us in advance, we only found out at the door. This has left us completely stranded and without alternate childcare options. Very unprofessional communication and a complete lack of consideration for families. If they were aware of licensing problems, parents should have been informed immediately. Families deserve honesty and communication, not this kind of chaos and disappointment.

  I had to switch my daughter because we moved cities. Prior to orchard grove she was also in another daycare. And now I can confidently say this daycare is amazing. The level of care, attention and quiet honestly transparency, is unmatched. It’s hard to feel and gage what’s going on with your children in daycare, but not here. There is so much conversation and interest about your children, along with real life videos, that shows the realities of day to day. This can sometimes include your children playing happily or even crying in the background due to a small or natural incident. The videos included are long and the many photos show, not just your child posing cheese, but all the kids doing multiple things everyday. There are simple things like teachers caring for a child’s care and braiding it as well as attending to pee accidents swiftly or calling immediately to notify that something happened but all is well and handled. When I compare this daycare to 2 different institutes, I can clearly see how phenomenal the management and every teacher is. That’s not to say, I had a great feeling even while she was there, but even so after. Rachel, Monica, Akhi and Catherine, we miss you so much and truly wish God blesses you all, along with all the other supporting staff, as I am aware so many others pick up and care for all the kids. Thank you, and can’t recommend this daycare more than ever!
