From the very beginning, Caitlin took the time to meet with my husband and me to truly understand our daughter’s needs and create a personalized learning plan just for her. She’s warm, welcoming, and has a remarkable ability to connect with her students. The instructors are equally fantastic. Every time I see my daughter in class, she’s smiling, engaged, and genuinely enjoying the experience. They’ve created an environment where learning is not only effective but fun.   Our experience with Caitlin and her team at Oxford has been outstanding. We came to the centre after a recommendation from a couple of local moms, and we’ve been very impressed with both Caitlin and all of the tutors we have worked with. Previously, we worked with a tutor who came to our home, and we weren’t sure about going to a centre, but the personalised attention my son has received has been great. He needed a tutor for Gr. 12 Functions and there were several instructors available. Caitlin suggested working with each one to see who the best fit would be based on learning style, but they were all excellent. Very knowledgeable and patient. His understanding of the course material has improved significantly. The centre has been very flexible in accommodating his schedule (even last-minute requests) and ensuring that he gets all the support he needs, especially during test/assignment time. Caitlin checks in frequently to make sure things are going well and I feel they are truly invested in my son’s success. Both my son and I would recommend them - 100%.

  My daughter, currently in Grade 4, has been attending Oxford for three months. So far, her experience there has been very positive. Although it is still early to see the academic outcomes of her learning, I’m impressed by how much she looks forward to attending Oxford each week. I can confidently say that Caitlin, the owner of the centre, is an amazing person. She brings exceptional expertise in education and manages everything efficiently. Additionally, I really appreciate the scheduling flexibility that the centre offers, which have been so helpful in accommodating both my own busy schedules and my daughter's extracurricular activities.   Our experience at Appleby/Dundas Oxford Learning has exceeded all of our expectations! It started with a prompt and compassionate response from Caitlyn. She expedited the process for my daughter immediately and took care to make sure all of her needs were met. Feedback and follow up is always given before needing to ask. My daughter’s grades improved in grade 10 math within days. It is confirmed that she understands the work before she leaves each session. My daughter’s confidence has grown within weeks!
