The new owner of the business Doctor 'B' Came in afterwards to do the double check and was extremely personable and friendly. I always recommend this dental practice to my friends whenever I can. Let me start by saying that I’m a person sensitive to dental work, therefore I do not frequent the dentist unless I really need to. (the dental practice seems primitive, rough and invasive to me). Dr. Yim used to make my visits easy and reduce my anxieties thru his years of experience and professionalism when providing the service. I noticed subtleties like his ability to numb me without me even noticing or seeing a needle. For me, that makes a world of a difference for my stress levels when laying in the chair. Not trying to throw any shade at Dr. Bahnam with these comments, as he is a very nice man and seems to do his best…However, if you previously went to see Dr. Yim, I wouldn’t expect the exact same high level of service as Dr. Yim provided. There is a significant age gap between the two doctors so I can only see Dr. Bahnam getting better over the years to come. Maybe Dr. Yim set a super high standard for any dentist that I visit, but I will have to change my dentist as it is not worth it for me to make the trek to park lawn from Burlington anymore. My mouth and jaw are not the same as it was previously and I notice alignment issues, despite a follow-up visit to fix molar alignment. I’m not sure if the multiple jabs to my gum/nerve screwed up my jaw but sometimes when I’m falling asleep my teeth will randomly snap shut. My jaw seems to rest awkwardly and apparently the only fix for my tooth sensitivity (post-filling) was a root canal, which I was not keen on. The sensitivity has died down since January ‘25 and I’m happy I didn’t get the root canal. However, there are still some alignment issues and I notice my teeth/jaw rest differently than they used to, with more weight bearing at the front teeth. Hoping the composite fillings I got will continue to wear down over time and restore some normality.

Cleaning service - You can get an excellent one from anywhere because hygienists do it. Not dentist. Implants & serious oral surgery- GO other place! This clinic is way expensive and less experienced. They didn’t really care patients before one of dentist left. Good luck.
